Matt’s review:  Winemaker’s Cut Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Deadman Lake Vineyard located between Canada’s wine capital, Oliver, BC, and Osoyoos, BC, at the southern end of Canada’s pocket desert, the Okanagan Valley. The south of the Okanagan Valley is renowned for producing big, ripe, and beautifully balanced reds, and where big reds shine often Sauvignon Blanc shines too, and Winemaker’s Cut Sauvignon Blanc is a terrific example of that, and a fantastic expression of southern Okanagan Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe and luscious, with sweet orchard and stone fruits mingling along exotic guava, citrus, and lemon grass notes making the bouquet very expressive, complex, and inviting. Beautifully balanced, with a texture that’s both creamy and refreshing, this Sauvignon Blanc has it all making it a terrific choice to pair with a wide range of dishes from grilled fish, spicy Asian cuisine, summer salads, or lighter BBQ fare. One of the finest Sauvignon Blanc expressions I’ve tasted in the Okanagan – This is an absolute must try! Tasted June 2018. 92+ points. Matt Steeves – http://www.quercusvino.ca
