Matt’s review: Meiomi’s Chardonnay has become an international hit given its delicious flavour profile and creamy texture that showcases some of the best characteristics of Coastal California Chardonnay. The nose shows spicy baked apple, pineapple, ginger, and vanilla bean biscotti. The textured palate is both creamy and refreshing with poached pear and baked apple on the finish. Beautiful when enjoyed on its own, it’s also dynamite when enjoyed with grilled honey-lime chicken with pineapple salsa or any grilled fish with a pineapple salsa. Tasted December 2017. 91 points.
