Matt’s review: 100% Viognier from the Languedoc region in the south of France. Light straw colour, look for fragrant honeysuckle, pear, green apple, and apricot aromas. Medium-full bodied, and very refreshing making it an excellent choice for pairing with creamy cheeses, grilled fish with lemon, and autumn harvest meals. Tasted August 2022. 89 points.
