wine review: Benjamin Bridge Nova Zero, the no-alcohol version of Nova 7 that you have to try!

Ottawa, ON

September 2024

Matt’s review:

Discover the magic of Benjamin Bridge Nova Zero – the delightful twist on Canada’s beloved Nova 7, now with 0% ABV! This non-alcoholic gem captures the essence of Nova Scotia’s East Coast, delivering fragrant floral notes, marigold, citrus and exotic fruit, and a refreshing sea breeze. Perfect for brunch, cocktail parties, or a cozy picnic, it’s the ultimate versatile zero ABV wine for any occasion. Tasted September 2024. 92 points. Matt Steeves – http://www.quercusvino.ca

PS: After tasting Nova Zero, I’m convinced there’s hope for other interesting low and no alcohol wines – I just haven’t found them yet besides this unique must-try Canadian gem!

Available winery-direct from Benjamin Bridge with direct to consumer shipping across Canada.

And if you haven’t tried Nova 7 yet, which generally rings in around 6-8% ABV, it’s a fantastic lower-alcohol wine to try and given its off-dry and effervescent characteristics it’s also a super versatile wine for enjoying with a wide range of dishes. Highly recommended, no wonder it’s arguably become Canada’s favourite wine over the past two decades!

Try Benjamin Bridge’s Nova 7 – available widely across Canada and in select international markets.
