Matt’s review:
Winemaker’s Cut Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Deadman Lake Vineyard located between Canada’s wine capital, Oliver, BC, and Osoyoos, BC, at the southern end of Canada’s pocket desert, the Okanagan Valley. The south of the Okanagan Valley is renowned for producing big, ripe, and beautifully balanced reds, and where big reds shine often Sauvignon Blanc shines too, and Winemaker’s Cut Sauvignon Blanc is a terrific example of that, and a fantastic expression of southern Okanagan Sauvignon Blanc.
Crisp, textured, and beautifully balanced, this estate Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with exrpessive exotic and tropical fruits making it a terrific choice to enjoy this summer especially alongside grilled fish, spicy cuisine, and lighter BBQ fare. Another stellar vintage for this fine Sauvignon Blanc. An absolute must try! Tasted May 2020. 91+ points. Matt Steeves – http://www.quercusvino.ca
