Matt’s review: This small production single vineyard Rosé is a blend of 90% Cabernet Franc and 10% Syrah from Winemaker’s Cut estate vineyards in Oliver, BC. Aromatic field berries, stone fruit, floral blossoms, and a hint of candied strawberry on the nose. Full bodied with a crisp yet creamy texture, the palate shows refreshing field berries, mouthwatering minerality, and a hint of tart strawberry shortcake and sweet peach on the finish. A superb wine to enjoy throughout the summer, and pair it year-round with charcuterie, grilled fish, and roasted poultry. Tasted July 2020. 90+ points. Matt Steeves – http://www.quercusvino.ca
