A brilliant light golden colour, the nose shows crisp orchard fruits, apple, pear, sweet tropical notes, delicate baking spices, a hint of caramel, and a touch of cedar. Full bodied in a very fresh and elegant style, with layers of fresh orchard fruits, tropical fruit, spice, and minerality persisting on the long refreshing finish.
