Matt’s review: Cedar Creek’s Platinum Home Block Pinot Noir showcases the great quality coming from this single vineyard located on the eastern shores of Okanagan Lake in the north of the Okanagan Valley. Deeply coloured, with a seductive aromatic profile, this premium Pinot displays a gorgeous bouquet of spicy red fruits, kirsch, citrus fruit, with hints of pipe tobacco, black sage, and subtle cedar notes. The palate is velvety smooth with great structure and harmony, a wine that’s showing beautifully now and will further evolve over the next 5-8 years.
