13th Street Winery have been making some of the finest cool-climate sparkling wines in Canada and the awards keep pouring in, including number 1 Ontario winery in 2022! Their 2020 Blanc de Blanc (100% Chardonnay) traditional method sparkling wine shows the trademark of their winemaker's style and expression of their great terroir...freshness, purity of fruit, and great minerality. The 2020 Blanc de Blanc is crisp and refreshing with delicious orchard fruit, anise, less on the nose. The palate show the racy acidity with a creamy mouse layered with clean orchard fruit and textured minerality on the finish.
